BI offers several activities and services that may help you connect with our students through the correct channels.
BI NORWEGIAN BUSINESS SCHOOL
BI Norwegian Business School is an internationally recognised business school with a strong academic environment and close links to the business community. Our students represents a wide range of competance and motivation that is valuable for every aspect of businesses. Please consider attendance to our yearly career fair during the autumn where close to one hundred companies presents themselves to our ambitious students.
JOB ADS
A job advertisement is in many ways the most important channel in any recruitment process. BI Career Portal is an exclusive job portal where you can publish job advertisements aimed at all our students at every campus. This gives you the opportunity to perform a more targeted recruitment process. You can publish ads via the positions page.
EVENTS
The BI Career Portal gives you the opportunity to publish career related events directly from your account. This allows you to promote case competitions, seminars etc. targeted directly at our students. You can easily manage the date, time and number of avalable places of your event. You can publish events at the event page.
COMPANY PRESENTATION
A company presentation is an event where representatives from your company perform an exclusive presentation for our students about your company. The company gets to choose which area they would like to focus on in their presentation. It allows you to come in contact with highly ambitious and motivated students. THE CAREER FAIR
The annual Career Fair at BI is one of the largest recruitment events in the Nordics with close to one hundred attending companies. The fair is characterized by a week during September with exciting and career related presentations. Registration for the event from http://n-u.no.
BI INTERNSHIP
BI Internship is a program that allows our students to acquire relevant work experience during their studies while earning credits towards their degree. The program is unpaid and allows you as a company to see how candidates perform in different aspects of your business. The program is aimed for both bachelor and master students and it allows you to become more visible in the student community. Read more about the programme at bi.edu.
THESIS
The final thesis in all programs requires that the students specialize in specific academic areas. It is possible for you as a company to have students writing theses about specific areas that are relevant for different aspects of your business. You are able to publish proposals of specific subjects by creating an ad from the thesis page.
