CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
The labor market is undergoing constant changes and it is important to acquire the knowledge, competence and skills that is required to meet the needs of the future society. The student is facing several important decisions that has to be made regarding their future career. Each choice about their future careers represents different career paths with endless opportunities. How do they know how to make the best personal decision? BI Career Services offers courses, seminars and personal counceling that helps our students address such issues. Our professional career councelors help you define your opportunities and define the path needed to reach your desired career. We may also guide you through the application process with feedback on your resume and application letter.
COUNSELLING
BI offers personal counselling sessions with our professional career councelors. We will set aside up to 20-30 minutes to discuss your desired topic. We may help you address topics such as career opportunities, competence mapping and personal branding. We can also prepare you for the interview and application process with feedback on your cover letter and resume.
COURSES
BI Career Services arrange several job hunting courses throughout each semester. The course aims to prepare you for the application process and to address important topics that is important for your future decisions. We will take you through the complete process with valuable tips and feedback. The scheduled courses are published on the event list.
BI INTERNSHIP
BI offers the opportunity to acquire relevant work experience during the studies. BI Internship is a program that gives you as a student the opportunity to work for professional companies while earning credits towards your degree. CAREER PORTAL
BI offers an exclusive job portal reserved for active students. This makes the job hunting process more efficient as the companies presented on the site is exclusively targeting students at BI. The portal also includes exclusive events hosted by both BI itself and external companies.
CAREER FAIR
The Career Fair at BI is one of the largest career events in the Nordics with close to one hundred attending companies. The fair is characterized by a week during September with exciting and career related presentations. The aim of the week is to guide the students closer to their dream job.
COMPANY PRESENTATION
A company presentation is an event where representatives from different companies presents the career opportunities in their company. The presentations are hosted regularly troughout each semester and the list of company presentations are published on the event list.
